    CASH MONEY TALK

Budgets are real life. I KNOW! Don't be scared to shoot me an email and talk the talk that needs to be discussed. I am human, just like you, and I am ready to have these necessary conversations with you!

I treat wedding photography like an investment. This is what I do, and all I do. There is no plan B for me. Wedding photography is a big part of my life, and it's 100% how I pay the bills (and the government). So before reaching out, I want you to know that I am ready to talk about the inevitable budget, but I also want you to respect that I treat photography as a top priority for my life, and for your wedding day. My heart is in it for you, but at the end of the day, a girl has got to eat.

    Q&A

    Q.
    What is the booking process?
    A.
I know you probably balling on a budget right now after paying retainers for every wedding vendor for your day, so I want to make this easy for you! All it takes to lock me down as your wedding photographer is a $900 retainer fee + signed contract! Simple as that!
    Q.
How long until we get our photos?
    A.
After I make the magic happen and capture your wedding day story, you should expect your digital edited files between 4-6 weeks! Albums take a bit longer and should arrive 6-12 weeks after the digital files are completed!
    Q.
What rights do I have with my photos?
    A.
You can share and print your photos however you like, I just ask that you mention me in the caption when sharing on social media. I also ask that you do not alter the color of the images in any way (i.e. with instagram filters). However, cropping is very much allowed.
    Q.
How many photos do you deliver?
    A.
My general rule is that I try to deliver 100-150 photos per hour of coverage.
    Q.
Do you have a set shot list?
    A.
No. My job is to capture YOUR day. Whether your family is 10 people or 100, my job is still to capture the essence of your wedding story. I do try and remind clients that I am only a wedding photographer, not a wedding planner, so all I ask is that you make a list for family photos and add to it whatever moments you cannot live without (i.e. a photo of me hugging my great Aunt Cindy during the ceremony).
    Q.
Do you help make our timeline?
    A.
I can help give a brief overlay of what I think the timeline should be, but at the end of the day I am still not a wedding planner. With this, I highly highly recommend investing in a wedding planner for your day.
    Q.
What are your travel fees for weddings that aren’t local, but don’t require a flight?
    A.
If I can drive to your wedding, I charge $0.54/ mile for anything over 90 miles away round trip.
    Q.
When do you recommend we do our engagement photos?
    A.
3-6 months before the wedding day! I also edit engagement photos MUCH faster than weddings, and you should expect your photos 1-2 weeks after shooting.
    Q.
    Can we bring our dog?
    A.
YES, THE ANSWER WILL ALWAYS BE YES

"Stephanie has so much energy, showed up early, and gave me all the photos I could ever want. I had super high expectations and she exceeded them all."

"Stephanie did our engagement and wedding photos and they. are. amazing! Everyone ALWAYS compliments them and she was so fun to work with! We also had a lot of weather mishaps; like our engagement session being extremely windy and cold and our wedding day having a torrential downpour, but you could never tell by our photos thanks to Steph!"
